Wow! I had an amazing time at this charming, hidden cafe in the heart of Hastings. The service was fantastic, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. They have a roomy indoor dining space and a patio-like area outside. I tried the blueberry smoothie and a bacon butty with a ya bon bun, and it was absolutely delicious. I can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend, and they offer takeaway too!

The food here is so tasty! Definitely recommend it—I’ll be back often.

Stunning food, stunning people. Anyone who’s been there will know that you need to get in quick for the cabinet food, and rightly so as those cinnamon rolls are like a universal comfort food. It has a great modern charm and has never been anything but delight when I’ve been there.

What a great find in the city. Lovely staff and service, remembering our order even after one visit. This is what good service is. Never have to worry about your order. I had the mince on toast on the first day, which was great. I also had the Burnt Butter crumpets the next day. Wow, they were fantastic. I'm not a sweet breakfast person. Now I'm converted. It is truly a great place to sit and relax before the day begins.

This eatery was next level amazing coffee was to die for and food was next level out of this world staff were amazing and so friendly was the highlight of this beautiful town highly recommend

What an amazing cafe. It was full on a Monday morning, which says something in itself. As others have mentioned, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. As the Cafe was full we were happy to sit in the enclosed outer section, but the thoughtful waitress came back to offer an inside table when it became available. It was a chilly morning, so we welcomed that. We ordered the crumpets as something different....and they were absolutely delicious! The extra hot cappuccino was extra hot....so top marks there. We were visiting from Wellington, but will definitely be back. There was a lot of delicious cabinet food yet to try!
